Chandni Chowk

| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
| Chandi Chowk, the main street of old (pre-Raj) Delhi, runs west from the Lahore Gate of the Red Fort. It is the heart of the commercial district, and a scene of constant chaos and commerce (and chaotic commerce), which I tried to capture a sense of in this scene. |

Hi,
So you are visiting India these days??
Well it is no surprising scene .. The streets of Delhi , Kolkata and Mumbai is often crowded with the rickshaws and autos...
Anyways , it must be interesting to you seeing how they manage the street and often end up quarreling among each other.. :)
Cheers,
Sayan
Hi daniel,
Nice shot I think a great daily life picture from India.
Good to see the crowded streets.Great colours and light conditions wasn´t that good for you but you managed well.
Best regards Toba
It certainly is a scene of great chaos. It makes one wonder if they ever sort it out. It seems you were part of it. You took your opportunity well with camera at the ready.

Hi Dan,
I wonder what is like to live in a place like this one, with so many around all the time. The street seem very busy but my standards. Excellent documentary composition with a deep sense of the social situation of this city. Nice light and details. Thanks Dan.
