Yes, this is most commonly chosen for the Taj Mahal, yet it always works!
The WS has the coloured version...

Hello Goldy,
Both images are fine, I liked the one with colour more with it's unique colouration over this great Taj! the green grass patterns adds a lot of beautiful colour contrast to this beautiful image of yours!
many thanks for this great sharing
take care and sincere regards from NZ

Hi Goldy,
That is a classic for sure, but the beauty is there to see, and to be photographed... who will refrain, when in front of it! I like the symmetric approach, and to indrease it, the inclusion of the two turrets on the side... Conversion is OK!
Greetings
Laurent

Hi Goldy
Well chosen the black and white for this beautiful composition. Excellent POV and nice details
TFS and have a n ice week

Goldy, it may always work but the other one you posted is better. Designed to be viewed straight on it photographs better on some angle other than this I think. I like the color one better for what it's worth, the B&W is impressive for sure but the real beauty comes through better in color. Keep 'em coming.

Goldy,
another very nice image of the Taj Mahal, Good one for black and white. The light seem strong, at the time of day, you did well preserving the detail. It could be a little more contrast for stronger impact. Not too much that you lose detail of the shadow. Thanks
Way

You're right the perspective view is a photographer's first choice. Personally I prefer the colour version, but that is usually my preference for most images.

Hello Goldy,

Good symmetry in composition!
The black and white conversion has a fine tonality that fits the subject, sharp fine details...

Hi Goldy, unusual view of Tai Mahal in B&W, fantastic perspective, very well done, ciao Silvio
PS I'll return on Thursday

Hi Goldy
I love the perspective you captured here, the lines, textures and contrast lead your eye right toward the beautiful focal point. A beautiful architectural marval.

Hi Goldy,

Another fine picture of Taj Mahal. Even if the POV is classic it is a bit different than normal you seem to be further away and the B&W is almost unique since what you see nowadays is almost always colour photos. A great job. TFS and have a nice day!

Cheers,

Ulf

Hello Goldy,

A good prospect on this superb building. The choice of a symetric vew is a good idea. Good use of B&W too.
Best regards,
Roger
