Avant d'être le nom d'une célèbre chaîne d'hotels de rève dans l'Océan Indien, le "Beachcomber" est un pauvre gars qui passe sa journée sous un soleil de plomb à récupérer ce que la mer veut bien laisser échouer.
Ici, à Bali, il y avait une bonne douzaine de beachcombers, hommes, femmes et enfants qui ramassaient toutes sortes de choses y compris des coquillages...à consommer tout de suite.

Hey Phil!
Well seen and what a take! Simple use of focal length and you quite well isolated the figure, with it's distinct clothing (and a red bucket!) and got a lone composition, dramatic in it's way, with the waves braking on the beach at the BG...Colors and contrast are great!

The sea is huge isn't she?
A tense atmosphere: as if the small wave will grow up into a giant and swallow up your lonely figure...
The red works as always, and the square format is what i like a lot.

I like the red and the green touch of color even more than the picture itself. I think they are essential for this picture. The composition is also very good, as usual.
