Photographer’s Note
This was taken just over a year ago. Yes this is Kobe, alot of westerners love Kobe but the Japanese people dont know why.
I love Kobe, the atmosphere, the people can speak English there, the best Hotspring, the lovely port etc.
Well, this was taken from Mount Roko and you can see on the right handside the cable car in a blur which takes you up.
The grenn houses you can see are filled with exotic plants and herbs, the greens infront of it are all herbs, there are well over 1000 different herbs in the herb garden.
On the right handside you can see the Orientla hotel in a bright blue colour and the long red thing is Kobe tower.
I hope you like it.
Its just sometimes, you have to be there to really absorb the whole of the atmosphere than in a photo

Yeah, You like this city. Me too.

Sorry Daniel, but I don`t like them.
After 6000 pts. it must veel better!
Hope you don`t mind too much for this critique. ;-)

I would like this seen in panorama format...just zeroing in on the lights and the buildings. Good colors.

Hi Daniel
Nothing a few minor corrections in an APS workshop couldn't fix. Sharpened also.
Hope you don't mind
Cheers Chris

I can find something here... I like this one!
A big light in the center, and nothing arround... nice photo idea to me!
Fine shot Daniel.

A fine shot Daniel, very interesting details and a grand effect of the nearby glass houses.
I would have liked a bit more cropped in the lower front part, as details here is difficult to see and maybe don't add to the compo. Anyway - well done

Hola Daniel
certainly Kobe is an attractive city according to references...I would like to visit it once.
I guess you can crop a bit here or even try a panorama format.

Hi Dan - at the danger of sounding like a broken record, I'm also going to suggest a panoramic cropping here like some of my fellow critiquers did. What is visible of the city of Kobe sure is delightful and promising, but for my liking the amount of dark areas in the frame is perhaps a bit much.

I like the line of light on the horizon as well as the bright glass-roofs. The bright and dark zones make the pic interesting.
