Maintenant que Norbert et toi avez fait les répérages, je pense que vous allez pouvoir nous organiser la prochaine journée TE à Kyoto! ;o)
Ta compo est (compo d'habitude) superbe avec ce bel exemple d'architecture au premier plan et la vue sur la ville derrière. La présence de quelques personnes (mais pas trop) permet de donner l'échelle et bien sûr la couleur rouge de la porte attire immédiatement le regard. Je vois que vous avez eu un beau ciel bleu ce jour là!

Salut JY. A nice souvenir from our early-morning shoot, in which it is clearly visible what a fine and sunny day this turned out to be, enhancing the vivid colors and details of this impressive temple complex. Comprehensive result with the wide angle. I haven't had time yet to go through my photos from that morning but sooner or later they will certainly show up here ;) Greetings from Milan.

la porte d'entrée du temple nous offre une superbe vue sur Kyoto.
j'aime ce rouge qui claque....

Nice work, Jean-Yves. Exactly the way I imagine Japan (a place I'd love to visit but never have yet). The gate looks very traditional and is well sited in the right of the frame, leading the eye into the contemporary cityscape. Japan strikes me as a place where the ancient and traditional are crammed, cheek by jowl into the modern, urban environment.

How did you enjoy Kyoto? I hear its absolutely beautiful. And you got to see it when the cherry blossoms were blooming. Im jealous. Its sort of surpising but this sort of reminds me of Korea:) The temple overlooking what looks like a sea of concrete. I suppose the old Kyoto and newer Kyoto are seperate entities.

On ne voit que cette porte d'entree dans la ville, on peut dire qu'elle est assez voyante et qu'en plus la lumiere la met bien en valeur. C'est bien cadree. Au fait commetn fait on pour se deplacer au Japon ? est ce facile si on a pas de guide ?

Il est toujours sympa, voire touchant quand on a des liens très forts avec un pays, de tomber sur une photo d'un endroit par lequel on est passé. Je me souviens très bien de cet endroit, avec derrière le Kiyomizu-dera, la pagode vers la droite ainsi que les petites rues commerçantes et celle avec les maisons de thé. D'excellents souvenirs.
Ta photo est intéressante, outre le point de vue, par la luminosité et les couleurs, vraiment superbes. Ca n'a rien à voir avec ce que j'avais vu lors de cet après-midi de l'été durant lequel je m'étais baladé dans le quartier. Comme quoi ça vaut le coup de se lever très tôt. C'est quelque chose qu'il va falloir que j'essaye de faire cet été, pour mon troisième voyage au Japon (Yepee!).
