This shot really captures something - the flat land, the distant people, the glowering sky, they all combine to communicate a feeling of distance and remoteness. Great use of the camera to communicate a feeling. Well done!

Great shot. I love that fabulously ordinary puddle, which is just the same puddle the world over. And that is a small building - maybe a public convenience? - casting a very long shadow. This is a really good daily life photo that conveys a strong sense of remoteness, the end of the world as you say. But still... there are the wires which connect all the ends of the world together. A very grim but wide sky above it all. I like the shot a lot. Very naturalistic, too.
