Photographer’s Note

Walking around Ulaanbaatar, the Mongol Capital city, I've found myself in the middle of this wedding. Bride and groom didn't want me to take them any pics, but I managed the same to catch their car. In the background you see Gandantegchinlen Khiid Monastery, commonly known as Gandan Monastery, a Tibetan-style monastery that has been restored and revitalized since 1990. The Tibetan name translates to the "Great Place of Complete Joy." It currently has over 150 monks in residence. It features a 26.5-meter-high statue of Migjid Janraisig, a Buddhist bodhisattva also known as Avalokitesvara. It came under state protection in 1994.

Love the car, Riccardo, and the perspective. Today must be "wedding day" as I posted a photo today of a wedding, also. Thanks for sharing a moment not to be missed

Good composition with the central car, wedding people and the distant temple.
Ironically others still embrace Cadillac, while many Americans are learning to simplfy and buy more efficient autos.
