Just a small segment of daily life and a little something for the vegetarians that still eat chicken... LoL

A river vendor offering to sell this crispy looking fried stuff on a carefully balanced round tray to passengers on lower deck of a ferryboat during a brief stop at Myinyan boat station. It's to step back in time to a place that has changed little since the British colonial era and much of the rest of the country is virtually unchanged and traditions are still a way of life. Observing life along the Irrawaddy river, on a twelve hour journey, is a cultural awakening to a different way of life that few people have seen.

Taken from the upper deck and I felt privileged to have experienced it..
