très beau temple qui s'élève,seul relief dans cet immense paysage plat,encore endormi dans la brume matinale!Les teintes sont adoucies par cette brume,bien que les couleurs orangées du temple commencent à être réchauffées par le soleil.L'ambiance est bien paisible,aux antipodes de la tension qui doit régner en ce moment.Très belle photo!

I like the light and mist here.Great POV from the ballon and good placement of the big pagoda.In case of the situation in Myanmar calms down and the curfew is finished I`ll be there for 5 nights in january.

Beautiful image in the misty morning light. I love the subtle, hazy tones. Compared with the other buildings in the vicinity the main stupa is huge.

All hope is lost Vince, We will never see a free Burma in our life time. Your picture has lovely soft, mist colors and is full of atmosphere and sadness. The chedi are nicely positioned in the landscape. I might have preferred it with the sky cropped out , giving more emphasis to the foreground, I'm not sure. regards Kevin

Nice tribute to the recent outrage in Burma. I've never been to Yangon, but have been to Victoria Point & Tachilek in Burma. Nice tribute to the victims of the brutal military regime. I read that several thousand monks have been killed or executed, in stark contrast to the official lie that only 10 were killed. I like the misty, almost nostalgic mood here. Merci!

Le point de vue depuis un ballone nous offre un panoramique magnifique de ce paysage et de ces temples, à auxquels la lumière faible du lever du jour et le brouillard, donnent un aspect mystérieux et très attrayant.
J'aime l'effet d'estompé qui acquiert le paysage à mesure qu'il s'éloigne vers l'horizon, et ses tons gris et rosés.
C'est un très beau travail.

Vincz, this is a pretty amazing shot, he size differences between the temples makes it almost seem the shot is inside out, the haze puts the large one in the back ground. Very well see, wonderfully captured.

Hi Vincent. I wondered whether this was taken from a balloon when I saw the thumbnail - and I see from your note that it was. This doesn't have the hundreds of temples that we see in many other Bagan balloon shots, but it does have the mood and incredible depth. I love all these sorts of images from Bagan. Cheers . . . David
