Hello Bertrand,
I see you were using the 50m/m 1.8. A lens that normally not impress me in build quality (i prefer the 1.4 version), but i have to admit that the picture looks good enough on TE size to re-consider my thoughts. The eyes are extremly sharp, maybe a bit to sharp. The colours are superb, nothing to pick on that. Just as the smile of the mother, wonderful, truly wonderful. The framing perhaps a bit tight to the right, but does not really bothers me, the overal impression is very good.

Le portrait est ici très bien réalisé car il est saisi à un moment décisif ou la maman est très naturelle ! Les couleurs de ces habits et de l'arrière plan nous permet, de plus, de nous focaliser sur ces deux très beaux visages !

I was tempted to look further into your gallery again, but this shot is SO nice. She is beautiful and has the most wonderful smile. Such a proud mama. The colors are divine and I like the composition with the two subjects at different heights. I love the steady gaze of that big old baby. Un cadrage serré qui convient bien à ce sympathique double portrait. L'enfant semble presque inquiet, tandis que la mère, au sourire rayonnant, est tout à fait à son aise. L'arrière plan flouté, fat un peu penser à une peinture!
