This place is near by Amarapura village which is located 11 km. south of Mandalay. A bridge (U-bein) of 2 km. was build by only using teak wood and no nail (which has lots of nail now). Beautiful countryside and village life still goes on, and the bridge and the village is busy with locals. Pagodas are all round like everywhere in Myanmar.

I`ve simillar composition in my gallery Editet with postrocessing help by Henk(Floydian),maybe it`s the same boatdriver.
Well done with the focus at him and i like the pagodas in the background.
Because of the noise in the distance,I tried a workshop.

the placement of the subject to the right lower left is a smart idea. the reflections give the strong feel of life in this rather misty grey capture, very mystical so to speak.
