I had just commented on an image by 'brandstaetter' when I saw this one. It has the same wonderful, single color theme that attracted me to his image. I love the layers in yours as well and especially the darker silhouetted portions. Wonderful color.

Salut Andreas!
Vraiment merveilleux ce coucher de soleil, les couleurs sont fantastiques, un plaisir pour les yeux. Je passe mes étés dans une baie au bord de la mer et je vois beaucoup de couchers de soleil mais celui-ci est encore mieux avec la clôture et la réflexion, voir. J'aime bien ta note aussi.

I always enjoy to look at Inle lake's pictures and here the soft sunset colors are really pleasant to the eye. The wooden fence with its reflection adds dynamism and depth. The hills fading in the mist are a nice detail to look.

beautiful sunset viewed from your hotel!I see that you had chosen a nice hotel on the lake,it seems te be worth because the view is really splendid!I am thinking to go to Myanmar in february,but it's not sure yet as I also would like to go back to India!Anyway,the tones and light of this picture are marvelous,and the bench and its reflection draw a nice graphism!Wonderful vision on the different layers of mountains at the background!

With Team GB doing so well in the Olympics, I thought you had uploaded this just for me, Leo:)
Amazing warm tones in this sunset from your favourite balcony. Hopefully in the next month I too will have my share of sunsets. Keith and I fly to Sulawesi tonight!!!!

what a wonderful picture.It's so beautiful.good sharpness of all pattern details in the horizontal lines made this shot interesting and give sense of never ending lake.Great light presented very well by two tone of nice golden and grey.not much color but attractive one.( just wonder no Inta people here or they all back home :)

great photo, I like a lot how the golden yellow gradually changes tones from cooler to warmer, and the simplicity of the composition makes sure that nothing distracts attention from this beautiful play of colours. the patterns of the silhouettes makes the scene look a little like Chinese painting, and I find it enhances even more the calm and tranquil mood of the shot. excellent work, my compliments.
