[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
When I was a kid, my dad was subscribed to National Geographic and I remember an issue dedicated to the Kathmandu Valley. That issue really woke up my dreams visit this magical place.

In 2002 I decided to take a detour from my trip to India to visit thi wonder place for only a week.

This is a view of the city of Baktapur wich is a jewel of medieval architecture about 40 km from Katmandu.

Hello Daniel,
Nice view of this temple. the framing made by the side of the window. The back light makes the temple more stange.
Well done

Hej Daniel,
Very nice photo from a good POV. I like how the building is framed and the colours are fine too, although some parts are quite dark. Good work!

Daniel,

Im sure you subscribe to NAt Geo yourself as this is such a Nat Geo shot. Great POV how you frame the temple is superb. Will this photot be the beginning of a small series from this wonderful place?

Good high POV to capture a unique view of this place. I like the framing device from the window.

Salut daniel

I loved Bhaktapur. Good use of the silhouetted fg, to frame the bg. Excellent sharpness & color. Bon travail!

Daniel bonsoir - c'est vrai, un cliché très national geographic mais c'est splendide et très bien cadré - j'aime beaucoup la perspective -
Bonne soirée
Merci
Gaby

Hi Daniel - the shadows are a bit too dark, but your scans are coming out much better than last year. It was pouring rain thwe day I visited this town, so unlike the Sunny restaurant.

Yes, like in a dream, Daniel, mine too, something fairytaleish in this, perhaps the proportions, big temples with tiny people, perhaps the contrast in light and dark, perhaps the angle, or all of the above. A nice work,
sasa

Hi Daniel
Full marks for your framing..the silhouetted window superbly frames the temple..the people are a welcome addition for the scale
