This is Annapurna & her companion(Hiunchulli at the right) taken from Deorali in Annapurna Base Camp rout.
There are two Deorali. Upper & lower. This was taken from lower Deorali. From the hotel, one can see both sides -- the horizone & peak. From the same point it is viewed that the Sun comes up slowly & the first ray kisses the peak. It's a matter of 10-15 minutes. You'll be spellbound.
I cannot describe the experience in words. But I think, both the shots are important to describe. So I posted both.
