[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
Ama Dablam is the "ideal mountain". About 7000 meters high, with its wonderful shape it is a symbol in the trekking which leads to the Everest Base Camp.
It was taken in the day from Tyangboche to Periche.
with my old Pentax ME, and scanned from an Ektachrome 100 slide.

Hello Stefano
Une face imposante.
J'aime beaucoup tous les détails visible.
Regards
Christophe

Ciao Stefano,
un monte mozzafiato...bella qualita´dello scan.
Ciao, complimenti, Christian

Stefano,
I was there too! BUT, I have to disagree with you. This isn't an ideal mountain this is THE mountain ;-)
I love this mountain a a trip there just to see it would be worth the money and effort.
The close up with the huge white wall against the strongly polarized sky works wonders, although a more comprehensive shot is also a good thing showing it standing there alone with all its massivness.

Stefano,
What an impressive view this is, I know photo will never do justice to such view. Great quality for a scanned image with great details and texture of the rock is still very visible. Good job, really.
Well worth scanning and thanks for sharing with us.

Magnifica, Sergio.
E scansione superba dell'originale chimico.
Colori, linee e volumi hanno un tale impatto visivo che non ha piu' alcuna importanza la composizione centrale o meno ne' la presenza o meno di elementi in primo piano che diano profondità.
Ciao.
Bobo.

Ciao Stefano!
