Another very peculiar looking sadhu .. His 'shiva-dreadlocks' looked fake from a distance... and curious how the cresent moon is attched to the hair-mass by screws.....
I loved this man because he was dressed in a yelow-shirt & somewhat of a chinese silk overcoat .... and rudrakshas..... and had a red batch in his chest... |

Great picture. Powerful expression. For a nepali he has unusual eyes. Maybe he is from mongolia.
rocketrouge is right. he has unusual eyes for to be a sadhu. Looking at his silk dress and color of dress, I am wondering if he is a buddhist monk. Picture is simple but powerful. There is little bit distraction at the left bottom corner.

beautiful portrait of this saddhu with nice colours and incredible dreadlocks around his head!Very well framed, just a pity for the shoulder on the left in front of him!But its not easy to shot in the crowd, and I like this kind of photos very much!
Have a nice evening.

Saikat: yes, I recognize this gentleman in detail - he's an old regular around Pashupatinath and the Dhubar Square. Nice frame. c
