Super portrait. Je suis presque jaloux ;-)
Cette dame a un tel sourire et est tellement naturelle que ca fait plaisir a voir. En plus, le ciel nuageux fournit un superbe arriere plan.
La composition est neanmoins un peu trop centrée. Je te proposerais bien d essayer un recadrage sur un format 4/3 ou 6/7 pour voir ce que ca donne.
Tu me convaincs (s il en etait besoin) que cette partie du Nepal est tres interessante.

Magic of low angle shot.........ha ha ha.
She is standing so high that you had to raise your camera.
What a clever way to add the wooden strcture in the right side of the frame,so that the subject doesn't seem to be well with in the centre.
I like the legal photograph of illegally living people.

Hi Didier,
There is a cold blue cast in the photo, which makes her face look purple, but i might like it, no problem for me. The most appealing and nicely captured aspect here, is the parallelism between the lady and the scale. The interesting low POV and the warmth of her smile are other things i like here.

hello Didier,
the point of view and the slight wide angle distortion make all the difference for this photo, I like it a lot. the cool blue colours are beautiful and at least for me fits very well the image of the coutry that is above everything else :) the direct look and warm smile of the women make the photo very personal and engaging. excellent work, my compliments.

Pretty dramatic shot of this woman Didier. Her outfit matched well with the tone of the sky and the rock slabs she is standing on. Not just dramatic, but pretty heavy in its tonality and setting. In contrast to her smiling face and welcoming expression.

J'ouvre avec bonheur la vignette de cette photo. Elle est vraiment magnifique. Les teintes sont belles, la technique parfaite, mais c'est avant tout le prise de vue qui est excellente, la compo. Cette femme semble t'apparaître d'une façon extraordinaire, souriante en plus, bienveillante quoi !

Je trouve que la compo est top (même si c'est peut être un peu centré). Et quand on imagine le moment (cela semble être en pleine action), on se dit qu'il y a eu une sorte de grâce qui as du te toucher pour :
> saisir le moment
> réaliser cela parfaitement
> avoir ce sourire
> avoir la chance de vivre ce moment (et notamment les vêtements bleus sur ce ciel)

Your series of portrait from Nepal are all wonderful, very impressive. This one is really nice and unique with the POV looking up toward the sky, we don't see a portrait with a sky background that often and usually the person's face is too dark because of the light behind. very different approach comparing to the ones youve been showing from your trip to Nepal, but a point in common the same warm welcome coming from those persons.
The smile of the lady and attitude towards you is so warm like if she was offering you something to eat.
In another context she could be your heroin bringing you something to eat as you've been trapped inside some cave (this is the my silly imagination looking as this pov from bellow)
