very interesting work, Didier, I like a lot the motion blurr against the razor sharp building, I find it nicely symbolises things that pass by and things that are eternal. I also like the metallic blue cast, it adds a fascinating mood to the scene. excellent photo, my compliments.

a very special shot here, good orginal pov with the birds in front, it was not an easy one and then I mean with the low light and the speed, but even I like the effect.

Salut Didier,
I like the blur, it shows movement and shows that the place is alive. I was there 12 years ago, seems not much has chance. Brings back good memories.
I like the lines in the sky, they add nice detail and although the weather was not perfect with a deep blue sky i like the overal impression.

j'aime les teintes douces que donne la lumière matinale!L'ambiance a l'air totalement différente de ce que j'ai vu ,en fin d'après-midi!J'imagine que tu étais un des rares touristes à venir de si bonne heure!C'et vrai que ça permet de voir des scènes de vie particulièrement typiques,comme ces gens qui tournent autour du stupa,et ce nombre incroyable de pigeons qui profitent peut-être du calme!J'aime le flou sur les personnages,ce qui permet d'imaginer leur mouvement!Ton grand angle t'a permis d'avoir une superbe vue sur une grande partie du stupa,qui est raiment immense!

Hello Didier,

Quel dynamisme ici ! Les pigeons sont l'attrait principal de l'image car leur multitude donne une impression de foule grouillante. Le long temps de pose est une excellent idée pour accentuer cet effet de mouvement. La partie supérieur avec ces rubans, permet de créer une très belle perspective.
Une image très réussie.

La vitesse lente donne un aspect un peu fantomatique a cette photo qui reste un peu sombre à mon avis. Cette centaine d'oiseaux aux reflets bleus, renforcent le coté mystérieux.

Bonjour Didier,

Voici une presentation originale (du moins peu presentée sur TE) de Bodnath. Le cadrage est tres interessant avec le flou des croyant autour du chorten et la meute de pigeons en premier plan.
Je trouve que tu t en aies tres bien tiré en regard des conditions d eclairement difficile.
J avais vraiment apprecié la visite de cet endroit qui a un je ne sais quoi de magique et qui est vraiment esthetique.

Wow, outstanding photo of this fantastic temple, the dificult light conditions (which you managed to perfection) created a wonderful atmosphere! Beautiful graphic result caused from the lines of prayer flags, but what really took the photo to a diferetn level are those pigeons in the ground! fantastic!!!

L'idée de cette pose longue qui floutte légèrement l'avant plan est géniale et donne à ce magnifque stupa tout le caractère mystique qu'il mérite. L'effet est encore accentué par l'utilisation super grand angle.

Olá Didier, I guess the pigeons were on their own ceremony as well ;-) This is a fine creative work. The FG filled with pigeons and the low shutter speed that give a nice sense of motion. The sky is wonderful. Not much light available although the sun is already on the sky. Love the mood captured.

Salut Didier,
Ce n'est pas facile d'obtenir des photos originales dans un lieu si photographié comme cela, mais tu l'as réussit. Et l'originalité est le moins important chose qui fait cette image si attrayante. Il y a aussi le PdV basse, le cadrage (j'aime bien le dynamisme donné par l'inclination apparente, qui n'existe pas en réalité parce que la stupa est tout droite), la sensation de mouvement crée par les personnes brouillées, la lune et, c'est clair, les pigeons.
Bravo!

Wow, c'est une très belle compo de cet endroit, archi-shooté. Le plan large, l'ambiance bleue, les pigeons et leurs légers mouvements et plus globalement la mâitrise technique sont absolument nickel. C'est superbe. Grosse ambiance.

This is perhaps the best shot I have ever seen of this famous location in KMO. I have been here myself 10 or so Years ago. I love it. This is better looking than I remember it to be. The low light and color give it a fantastic mood and atmosphere. The birds and people in motions show movements and energy. You handle excellently the light condition. Thanks

J'aime beaucoup celle-ci, avec de belles couleurs et un super choix de vitesse, pour une dynamique optimum. J'aime beaucoup cette impression d'intense activité autour du stupa. La lumière est magnifique. J'aurais plutôt penché pour la tombée du jour si je n'vais pas lu ta note, mais qu'importe, le résultat est là! Tu as aussi choisi un bon angle de cadrage, pour une sensation d'espace large bien forte, grâce, entre autres, aux fils qui rayonnent autour du stupa dans toutes les directions. Bravo Didier!
