The look of adoration from the woman to the young boy, makes your photograph Caleb, really unique, giving this the particularity that only the love from a mother to her child, can give.
The excellent placement of the subjects in the frame, makes even stronger the situation.

Hi Caleb. Another gem which shows the universal emotions that connect all humanity- in this case a mother's love for her child.The fact that the little girl is in the light somehow accentuates the mother's adoring look of her golden child.Lovely details, lovely light as usual. although the scene capture is excellent: big smile on the women - the child a bit uncertain about what to think - together with a good compo, I find this pic a bit dissapointing technically spoken: low contrast, poor colours and the unsharpness of the mother (with 1/400 you could have stopped down a bit...).
Nevertheless generally spoken I really admire your work (there is a new model 5D available !), but I feel there is no need for a hallelujah on every shot on this site.
Just keep going !
