I thought its a little under-exposed but you've captured an interesting set of blues, Tammy. A bit of boost(+) in exposure might make it more effective.

Welcome. You are off to a great start with this photo. You have used a good "point of view" POV. Your colors are rich and the context of elements within the photo are interesting. I hope the fishing went well. I plan to be in Manila on the 19th, but I am sure I will not have time to see such great scenes as this. I hope to get a few photos while I am there of that great country. Thanks!
