Photographer’s Note
CDO means in Philipines Cagayan de Oro. A city on Mindanao island. My friend a dentist drove me downtown. I shot it with my camcorder. It started a bit to rain and my friend put on the wiper. It gaved a nice effect by making stripes of light. So this is a still picture.
