When we were waiting for a bus in Bayawan city, my friend took a chance and go to the barber shop. It was funny, when he was deciding go or not to go in to the hands of a local barber. Well I must say, Barber did he's job perfect and it's very cheap. So if you are in Philippines, try the Barber shop !
