Photographer’s Note
A gorgeous summer sky in Siberia. Tynda is a small town of about 40k, that services the Baikal Amur Mainline (BAM) railway, the northern alternative to the Trans Siberian. In 1974, China & Russia came very close to an all out war, & the BAM was built about 200 miles north of the TSR, as a precaution. From Wiki:
"The 1,520 mm (4 ft 11+7⁄8 in) broad gauge Baikal-Amur Mainline (Russian Байкало-Амурская Магистраль, Baikalo-Amurskaya Magistral’, BAM) is a railway line in Russia. Traversing Eastern Siberia and the Russian Far East, the 4,324 km (2,687 mile) long BAM runs about 610 to 770 km (380 to 480 miles) north of and parallel to the Trans-Siberian railway.
The BAM was built as a strategic alternative route to the Trans-Siberian Railway, especially along the vulnerable sections close to the border with China. The BAM's costs were estimated at $14 billion, and it was built with special, durable tracks since much of it was built over permafrost."

Hello Chris,
I have a particular fondness for these onion domed churches, which feature so heavily in Eastern European religious architecture. Here, the golden domes make a splendid contrast with the lovely sky and the vibrant tones of the brickwork. The composition is well framed and has very good colours and sharpness. Interesting accompanying note.

Bonsoir Chris

Hi Chris,
Good perspective.
The domes against the sky
looks great. The arched windows
and door makes this building
attractive. The brick texture shows
nicely here. Good work.
Have a nice weekend.

Hi Chris,
The point of view is allowing me to distinguish the details and colors of the architecture of the orthodox church. It is clear and sharp. It is well framed. There is a good contrast between the colors of the domes, the colors of the roofs and the colors of the bricks. Have a nice day.

Hello Chris,
I like this beauty from two years ago, with brilliant colors and sharp resolution. The onion cupola on the right appears a bit too large for the base, almost as if it had just been plopped on as a temporary measure that became permanent. Well composed, well exposed.
Have a good weekend, Chris.

Hi Chris,
A very colourful church with this special architecture you see in ortodox churches. You have taken a good picture with a diagonal type of composition!
Kind regards
