I like tihs creative image a lot, with a restricting feeling of vertigo. Keeping the lamp so large in the compo is another original aspect. I think, the grains add even more to the mood.

A very well composed image. Great perspective effect is achieved, and the colour is rich and warm. The square format works perfectly. I like the noise in the picture. Since you took this at 1/200 I imagine that you wanted it to look a little noisy. Very nicely done, an excellent picture of its type.

Hello Jacques,

It took a few seconds to see whether you were shooting up the stairs or down :-). Up, judging from the stairs and the roof light ;-).
I like the composition, but I have to say that it is a bit overly noisy in the darker parts of the stairs. But a good compo!

Etrange sensation. On dirait que la lampe est suspendue à l'envers et que l'escalier vont dans le mauvais sens. J'aime bien le traitement de l'image qui donne un joli grain.

j'ai mis un moment pour trouver le vrai sens de cet escalier, ton cadragte est vraiment top, dommage que le bruit soit un peu trop présent, se qui n'enléve rien au coté graphique de ce POV et a la belle gestion de la lumiére

bravo pour ce coup d'oeil, cette répétition de lampes est superbe, j'aime beaucoup ton cadrage divulgant à peine un morceau de l'escalier mais cela permet tout de même de nous situer dans l'espace.

A very creative image, especially more because of the large lamp & the diminishing perspective. Exposure might have been very difficult, but you managed to bring out the details on the stairs pretty well. Very original, very nice shot

Please, please, please, Jacques, explain me where is the trick!. I understand the POV (I hope your backbone is OK), but what I cannot understand is the line of lamps. Where are they hanging of? One would be o.k., but what about all the rest?...My mind is so limited!
