Jikjisa Waterfall II Photo

Photographer’s Note

The attractive landscaped grounds, just outside Jikjisa, are well worth wandering around, before you enter the Buddhist Temple, over on the right. The entry is on the first spur at left. Just a 15 minute walk from the bus terminal, at the small tourist village downstream. The waterfall is artificial & has a Korean style pagoda at the top in case of rain or snow. Access is by local bus #11 or #111 from Gimcheon, 12 km away. Polarized.

I like the POV and espacially the very good balance in the composition of this shot. The FG give a great depht to the image. Very beautiful propsect to the mountains in the BG. Very good photowork.

Hi Chris,

The capture of the poer of the waterfal is an asset to the composition. The point of view leads our eyes toward the mountains which is giving depth to the photo. The strong light is well managed, it has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

This place is very nice blending natural elements like mountains and the gardens & waterfall created to beautify the landscape. The colors are beautiful, the polarizer helps to highlight the green and blue. Excellent POV, great sharpness.

mi piace il modo in cui hai diviso la composizione con la cascata a destra e gli spazi aperti con la vista delle montagne sulla sinistra.
