Haenyeo, sea women of Jeju-do island, are the last female divers whose livelihood consists of harvesting a variety of mollusks, seaweed, and other sea life from the ocean. They known for their independent spirit, iron will and determination, the haenyeo are representative of the semi-matriarchal family structure of Jeju. now the last Haenyeos are old. but they can sing to this little boy about old times.
