Photographer's Note

The summit of Sungsan Ilchulbong marine volcano, (179 m) looking east, towards Japan. This spot is very popular with Koreans, at sunrise, due to the crags of the volcano, fracturing the light into numerous rays. I may try a google search later, & paste a link, if I find anything good. Entry is barred beyond these steps.

"The crater is about 600m in diameter and 90m high. With the 99 sharp rocks surrounding the crater, it looks like a gigantic crown."
