The best place to dry fish is near the cold sea breeze.
In the old days, when the roads were poor and there were no refrigeration trucks, the fish had to be dried and distributed.
And when they dry the fish, they can store it for a long time and eat it all year round.

composition intéressante de la photo! quel contraste entre les massifs modernes en béton et la vieille tradition du séchage du poisson; qui de plus ressemblent à des masques pour un effet quelque peu intrigant.
