Photographer’s Note

I liked the vibrant colour & perspective here. Taken early May with the trees just starting to shoot in Spring. The warm cold colour contrasts between the red & blue were eyecatching, too. Beopjusa Buddhist Temple is a pleasant 2 km stroll from here. It's Korean Thanksgiving or 'Chuseok', so I'm off on a mini tour of South Korea tomorrow. Back on Monday night.

Hi Chris,

The red chairs, the round tables and the trees are framing well the street. The street leads our eys toward the mountain which is giving depth to the composition. The colors are enhanced by the quality of the light. Have a nice day.

The red chairs fits well with the lush green trees. The point of view is well chosen showing the sidewalk guiding me to the mountain in the background. Vibrant colours indeed and incredible shaprness and perspective! The light is very good and the shadows catch me too.

Hello Chris,
A good long perspective along this roadway with its pavement cafés. The brick paving makes a good lead line towards the background mountain. Excellent colour contrasts combined with good sharpness.

Hi Chris, I was in Sth Korea in December 2008 when the Brass Monkeys were in full swing. Seeing it so sunny and inviting is so markedly different. I like the lines of the tables and there shadows. The colours are wonderful. Thanks for showing us a side to this country that i for one have not seen much of. It's nearly Friday, so I hope you have a good weekend, Lisa.

The colored chairs, the umbrellas in vibrant colors are an invitation to sit and drink a soda. This place is very charming. Excellent perspective, with the mountain in the background. Very good light and stunning colors.
