Danyang Bridge Photo

Photographer’s Note

There are some limestone caves, first turn on the left, just over the bridge, which I missed, so I may go back here before the winter sets in. Danyang was shifted & reconstructed here when the dam built in 1986 flooded the original town. The market is full of fresh garlic for sale. Seen here are the first Fall colours in Korea. The emerald colour of the lake is natural. The geology of this area includes lots of limestone & calcite. There are 3 big artificial waterfalls over on the right, on the far bank, which they switched off about 1 pm.

Hello Chris,

A superb landscape. The coloured vegetation in the Fg give a greta depht to the image. I like too the very beautiful colors very well colected especially the green color of the water. Very good balalnce in the composition too with the bridge well loacted in the image. Interesting and very good post for TE.

Hi Chris,

The diagonal line of the bridge is an asset to the composition. The point of view takes our eyes toward the mountains which is giving depth to the photo. The branches in the foreground is helping to frame the scenery. The light has a hgood effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Curious this graduation on the bridge… I hope that water, at the time of possible important rains, does not arrive until in top !!!
