| this is a photo of a specialized fishing boat in korea. At nighttime this boat goes fishing for a fish called 'kolchi' in korean. it is a long, thin fish that is attracted to light. So you can see the string of very powerful lightbulbs on the boat. at night you can look out to the sea and see dozens of spots lit up by these boats as they fish. |
