The Royal Grand Palace in Bangkok is now open to the public (mostly; the Ministry of Defense is still on the grounds). In addition to real live soldiers, there are guardian demon statues all over the place, including this one. And it struck me as I looked at this picture that, between the outside teeth sticking out of his mouth and the expression in his eyes, he must be suffering one hell of a toothache!

Technical: Kodachrome, digitized. Cropping to change the tilt, followed by Levels to adjust the color depth.

Oh, hell. He really looks like toothache demon, no mistake. Sad creature, I suppose he have to be very fierce because of his condition.
