Elle revoyait les films qu'elle avait dans la tête.
Les contes de fées qu'elle avait vu à la télé.
Les princes charmants qui passent des bagues aux doigts.
Et les mots doux qu'elle aimerait entendre.

Hello Bertrand,
Did you made the whole image a bit soft in the pp? Normally i see razor sharp images from your DO lens, so i was wondering. Not that i don't like it, i do, i like this dreamy effect a lot in this tight framing. An image without popping colours, but taken with a great eye...i like it.

beaucoup de délicatesse ici, de poésie saisie dans cet instant de la vie d'une jeune fille, j'aime bien le côté un peu flouté, le cadrage serré. Son regard vers le bas, le jeu des mains.

Un portrait tout en douceur. Je vois que tu as opté pour une désaturation partielle. Tu as bien fait. Cela ajoute une sorte de serennité à l'image.

A wedding ring and a gilded polish on fingernails...
So subtle and minute details of this lady...
And even though their subtlity, i can magine her personality and have ideas about her life. This is the storytelling through a single portrait, and i think this is great success. I like the softness of the work. It adds a dreamy taste. Cheers,

Très beau portrait avec un excellent cadrage serré et un traitement très doux qui lui va très bien. Je ne sais pas a quoi elle pense mais l'expression est très belle, Bravo à toi c'est toujours avec autant de plaisir que je découvre tes nouveaux clichés!

tout dans ce portrait reflète la douceur!Que ce soit les teintes pastel,le regard rêveur,la pose de la jeune ffille,mais aussi la netteté que tu n'as pas accentuée!Ce dernier point est quelque chose que j'apprécie vraiment,justement pour cet effet de douceur!

I like the inclusion of her hands in this beautiful portrait. The gold ring and a little nail polish provide interesting highlights to a portrait with minimal colour.

C'est curieux mais il m'a toujours semblé que plus qu'ailleurs, il y avait beaucoup de ces visages rêveurs en Thailande (et dans les pays avoisinants), ta photo vient de me réveiller ce souvenir... Une photo très douce qui convient très bien à cette humeur ; et un texte qui, à nouveau, illustre parfaitement la photo.
NB : Ce matin 2 de tes photos étaient en 1ère page, avec "Kracheh, Cambodia" comme featured destination.)
