Swaddee Krub everybody,

Songkrang 2008,This is the sequel from my previous post.In front foreground of Pra Mondop was the royal symbolic of King Rama IV that comprise the crown in side small pavilion and the white elephants in his period.I took this shot in many time till the three tourist came in and made the last shot for me.

For post process,Firstly I croped then use curve a little bit to composition and adjust contrast. Secondly,I duplicat layer to split sky layer and use gradient effact and cooling filter for sky area.Thirdly,I use color balance and hue/saturation tool to adjust the color for architecture. Finally,I used smart sharpen, framing and resize to finish.

For information in brife: Phra Si Rattana Chedi, which it's claimed (somewhat improbably) houses ashes of the Buddha.Phra Mondop, in the middle of terrace, is a library built in Thai style by Rama I, known for its excellently crafted Ayutthaya-style mother-of-pearl doors, bookcases containing the Tripitaka (sacred Buddhist manuscripts), human- and dragon-headed nagas (snakes), and statues of Chakri kings.Prasat Phrathepbidorn(The Royal Pantheon), with full size statues of the first seven kings of the reigning Chakri dynasty (Rama I - Rama VII). Only open on April 6th, the anniversary of the founding of this dynasty.

Khun Patshoo,
Again a wonderful capture of the sights of Bangkok. I do miss it so much. The detail you have here is exceptional. I like the way the wide lens is distorting the perspective of the columns. Excellent shot.
cheers
Peter

Bonjour Patshoo
Joli graphisme et beaux détails de cette architecture. J'aime beaucoup la couleur dorée. La présence des personnages permet de se rendre compte de la taille de cet édifice.

Hi Patshoo,

Lots of details and beautiful colours in this architecture. The point of view is very effective to get the height of the tower. Good light and excellent framing of this palace. The post-processing effect worked very well. Thanks Patshoo.

Roberto

Hello Patshoo,

A very rich decorated temple for sure! Good note as well and good explanation on the post processing. Good work on the sky! Interesting composition with that tower. It feels a bit tilted, but perhaps it is tilted in real life ;-).
Thanks for sharing!

Greetings, Dennis
