Interesting picture, why not tell us something about it? Not many of us have made it to Turmenistan.
I think the overall shot is a bit too bright. If you darken everything except the woman's face you'll get richer colors.

What a nice scene...
I would have loved to see this shot with more focus on the woman. right now I feel she is a bit lost in all the details around her.nice looks for the beans pot though...
My recommendation is a tighter crop, and then playing with contrast/brightness and whatever :)

This is better than your other close-up of the bread-baker I think, simply because we can see what this lady is doing, although the face is quite dark.
I'd say you have a tendancy to "bulls-eye" your subjects. In both shots the subject is smack in the middle of the frame. You could maybe try to focus on your subject then move them to one side and down a little. In this case that would have allowed the woman's feet into the frame and lessened the clutter along the line of the roof. Also it would have cut out that large dark area to the left.
Again, these are just ideas for improvement. You still have a very nice environmental portrait here.

Seems such a natural setting, would love to know some more about it though. Like BobTrips said Turkmentistan is a country that you dont often hear about in the 'Western' world. I like the objects in the background and gives the picture some assosication.
