Photographer’s Note
Street scene in the centre of Tashkent, the largest city of central Asia and the capital of Usbekistan. It is the crossing of Amir Temur and Novoiy avenues. The large building you see is that of Uzbektelecom. The red advertising says 'new era - new possibilities' (uzb. 'yangi davr - yangi imkoniyatlar').
