Photographer’s Note
In Bukhara, the old city of Uzbekistan, you find merchants selling their goods all over the city. Hidden in coves, inside old temples, around the corners wherever you go you see old, young men and women selling everything: From carpets to old soviet relics. This particular merchant was selling knives and scissors.
He had the scissors lined up on black clothed table. the way they have been arranged was like warriors ready for battle
A good friend of mine insisted of posting this to Te, so I dedicate this photo to him, who has always inspired me to "look" behind the blinds, further than the eye can see....

never seen scissors like that before...well, in fact i did, when you first showed this shot to me, lol... beautiful stuff they are, i would have bought a couple for sure as a souvenir from bukhara... and yes, you are right, they look like knights in shinning armours ready for battle... the cropping is a bit too tight may be, but i still love this shot, you know it...
thanks a lot for the dedication man, thanks for the kind words... happy to know you, always your friend...
