The Chorsu Bazaar in Tashkent, the capital, has a lot of food displays like this. Many of the bazaars in Uzbekistan sell hot peppers like these - though usually not so nicely arranged - which makes me wonder why the Uzbek food we got was mostly bland.

Nice subject, with the contrast of colors. Just maybe that the subject would be more interresting if he was a little more centred on the picture.

But its not a common one !
