Welcome to TE :)
Like Varanasi in India, Hoi An in Vietnam is definitely a photographers' attraction with all those fishermen, nets, boats and conic hats.
Your sitter's POV is useful and descriptive of the act (though maybe you could exclude the building with a better cadrage), and you managed to capture the energy of the "pendulum" movement. There is too much grey in here, maybe more contrast could be nice (but would totally burn the already washed out sky).
