Photographer’s Note
this is a cup of pho, a typical vietnamese noodle soup. it is served in different variations, there is one with chicken, meat, tripe etc.. you can get it everywhere on the streets, in the restaurants or people just take it away and eat it at home. in this case you get then soup in a styrofoam cup and all the other ingredients in small plastic bags so that you can mix them up just before eating. that's what i did and this is why the vegetables and herbes on the picture look so draped.
