| All the seafood imaginable is sold along the streets in Vietnam. Vietnam has very delicious foods. Everything is fresh; vegetables, sea food, meats. It has to be sold immediately after it is caught or picked, or killed. There is virtually no refrigeration. |

great work, I like the way you have caught the fish, very good, I saw them in H.K too, well done very good, the kid in the back is funny
Thank you, Gloria, for reminding me a picture of my past. During my youth at Lăng Cô, I used to follow my mother to her night fishings over the lagoon and these king-crabs were among the crustaceans we caught. In Vietnamese, we called them con sam.
