Looking at garment of the worker it is clear - this is very hard work.

The thumbnail caught my eye. I've not seen a place like this when I was in Vietnam. It looks impressive, and it seems these people are having a tough job.. I'm not complaining about mine anymore!
I like your compo, and the blue water and white salt works well together.

Looks like really hard work with all the salt water protection and sun reflection not to mention the load

I like the reflection of the little salt hills on the water, the colors are good too

Really interesting picture. I think you could make the picture more dramatic by cropping it about 1/5th the way from the top (ie no background) so that only the piles of salt and the person walking among them are part of the photo.

this one would be an ice double page (with space left for text) layer in a Nat. Geo article on this place or region. Marvelous saturation of the blues and the whites of the salt mounds are nicely exposed.

Good shot, Bennett! It reminds me of the Salt workers in Bolivia, with the difference of clothing...Good capture with nice perspective and great contrast! I think that the B&W is not necessary here, with such a contrast...

superb. would perfectly fit in nat geo. actually, the 3 pictures on the salt workers are quite excellent. I believe the blue/red/yellow of the salt worker adds this extra touch, a second interest which is not necessary at first sight but lets you discover more, as well as theb group of workers on top. Very good picture.

this seems to be such a hard work, by the end of the day it is impossible to breath i guess.
but you made reality more beautiful than art here.

I have only just come across your gallery, Bennett. Every photograph that you have posted is superb, so it is hard to know where to start to critique one. I choose this one because the contrast and graphic nature of the composition made it stand out. I like the reflections that you have capturated. Saturation is excellent. Cheers . . . David

I've seen the first one but i prefer this one. This picture in most equilibrate than the other one.
And the fact that there's only one man with these colors give more punch to your picture
