WoW..amazing picture! very well done.. What I noticed in this picture is....
Both man are opposite to each other(to some extant) the one who is going up Having baskets position upword and full of salt.
the man going down word having baskets face down word and they are emty.First one is going upword and second one going downword..
any way nice picture colors are really cool

I love your composition here, perfect with the 2 women superbly placed. I love the crop and the colour scheme as well - those red gloves really jump out.

I can imagine how difficult it must have been to meter this scene with that large white area, but I think that you have done it very well! As commented the position of both women, and also the diagonal are really a plus to this photo.

The sharpness is really incredible, as well as the pure vivid colors.. It could just as well be a snow slope...I think your compo is excellent and very dynamic. Her left foot fits right in there. well done! doesn't the salt added to the sun burn their skin?

Very fine perspective diagonal, action shot on a most unusual place with the mmountain of salt contrasted to the blue sky, I love the frozen perspective action movement of the two persons here.

really beautiful photography, that's what I have to say... cause such a strong contrast between white and blue it has a certain magical touch...
but what I like the most here are two persons walking each in different directions; and even more I like this first person; the move is so beauutiful...
