This is a pretty engaging shot. By having the mother in the background, it elevates this from the simple cute kid photo for me. I don't know why you chose the WB you did, I am not sure it would have been my choice at all, but I quite like the photo.

The compo and the pov are excellent. the glance of the boy is very stong then the curved line of the crockery towards the mother is very good.
