Typical lifestyle along part of the huge Meekong Delta wetlands. This area is known as one of the most productive parts of Vietnam. The good soils and plentiful water supply are a good basis for a thriving economy.
Fish are an important source of food and income for the more than 60 million people who live in the Mekong River basin. Studies show that the annual fishery yield is as much as 1.93 million tons, worth about $1.45 billion, according to the Mekong River Commission. The Mekong giant catfish can grow in excess of 650 pounds and nearly 10 feet.

hello,the sky is too bright..over exposure.also the water is the same..but very good 1/3 rules with water.very nice green tones..the trees in the right side is very beautiful...congrats.regards

Nice picture of so far (for me) part of the Earth. Colour of the water is alike colour of Danube, haha.

A good POV of the Mekong river, of the boats and of the jungle, the photo has a good composition, DOF and nice colors. Thanks for sharing.

Good point of view, looks like you're on a boat too!
The muddy water bordered by lush rain forest is typical, you capture the details well and that bridge is a fine attraction!

Another excellent shot of the Mekong. I remember your vantage point from the air, that characteristic muddy colors on diplay. The bridge appears to be entirely for pedestrian traffic, but I imagine you would see people with fishing poles on it. Informative note as usual,
