| This shot was taken on a beautiful warm day walking through the valley's around Sa Pa, in far north Vietnam near the Chinese border. Its a beautiful part of the world, and being up in the mountains is much cooler than the coastal parts of Vietnam. Unfortuantely the area has become a bit spoilt by the tourist trade, with locals and hill tribe people now selling multitudes of woven goods, authentic shirts, rugs, jewellery, etc etc, you name it, to increase their low income - shame, but can't blame them really now can you?! |
