This is half way through making puffed rice cookies which is a speciality of this part of the world. Amazing to see how ordinary rice is converted into a tasty treat in a matter of minutes. These were part of the group making hundreds of packets per hour. No fancy machinery here, just hard work!

Interesting method for making cookies. The two men seem hard at work and yet the task is perhaps easy for them who do it on a daily basis. Good moment to capture and interesting cultural theme to show. Thanks Murray.

I find your WS excellent, but also this picture gives a nice view about the activity of the two workers, nice portrait with a excellent dark background, also the clock is nice.
