| This shot was taken in the Mekong Delta area in the south of Vietnam. I thought it was an interesting contrast of daily life between two generations - 5 middle aged Vietnamese women sit on a bench in their traditional tee-pee style straw hats, chatting on the side of the river, whilst the young Vietnamese teenager sits intently typing a text message! An interesting sign of the change in times! |
