He was all smiles and waves as I walked up to the drivers, snapping away. When an old man offered me a good price, pulled out his cyclo, and I got in, his face fell. My last picture is one of sadness. He missed getting the ride, and the pay, which these guys really need. They peddle from a seat up high, behind the rider. You are at street level. You ride in these in Saigon, you will never need to visit an amusement park for excitement again. I love being on street level, fear the intersections!!!
