Wow! I've been on this forum for one year, today. Aside from taking up waaaaaay too much of my time, TE has taught me a great deal about photography, and introduced me to a bunch of great people, some of whom I'm starting to meet in verité (as opposed to virtu, for those who know their Zelazny).

I posted my first shots here from India, so for my one-year shot I thought I would go back there. This is a street scene in Goa; the delivery woman's rather (!) colorful outfit had attracted my attention and I was following her around, camera in hand, when she handed over her groceries to the unseen person in the doorway.

Technical: Slight cropping. Curves to brighten the overall scene.

A very nice daily life shot. I like the bright colors. GOA is a spot I hope to visit someday. TFS and have a happy day!

Daniel,
quite the appropriate image to celebrate your 1 year commitment to the TE community. The lady with the full basket and the two hands of the other person to get the load is quite symbolic for what TE is all about. A constant giving and receiving making us all grow.
